Everyone’s circumstances are slightly different, I don’t really know this company so the only way to find out is to talk to them directly. Might be worth reading this first http://needmortgagerefinance.com/dont-fall-for-a-foreclosure-rescue-scam/ and you could check if they are participating in the HAMP program. If they are then they are more likely to be sympathetic.

Great post, I think loan modifications are a necessity of the credit crunch and the banks should offer it as a duty.

This was wonderful to have the sample of the hardship letter right in the article. That is very helpful for the homeowner looking for them. I really like how you point out the biggest things working with humans, which is emotion. Emotion evoking letters really help the lenders get down to your level of where you are coming from. Thanks for the information.
