Need Mortgage Refinance

Welcome to my blog I would like to give you an introduction to me, who I am, what I have done in the past and what I am doing now.

My name is Brian Stephens and I worked for many years in the oil and gas industry, specializing initially as a production engineer supporting the design and manufacture of directional drilling and surveying equipment for a US based organization.

I progressed in the industry to become a project leader, department manager and ultimately the technology manager once I had gained a 1st class honors degree in technology.  A position in which I was responsible for managing a  multimillion dollar annual budget for the company.

I  now live in the South of  France and publish articles via Squidoo and  Hubpages , I also use Blogger and Wordpress to publish blogs in support of my Internet marketing activities. In addition to this I am in the process of building my own website design business which goes a long way towards providing my technology fix.

This blog has been put together specifically to help people understand more about mortgage refinancing and how that may affect them, this will be of particular interest to anyone facing a foreclosure problem on their home.
